Which exhaust system shoul you guys prefer?

Are there some good sites in the internet where i could buy these tuning parts?

Salut.

It seem that a 80 cc Cylinder would be enough for a 103 SP. (If it's a alu cylinder it will be more powerful than an iron one!)
For the exaust, I do believe that the classics are still good (by example the ninjas exhaust)

What carburetor dou you have and what is your top speed ?
If you don't give us your complete rig, we won't be able to advice you well !

iBreaker <======== is a best anglais what is your moyen in english ?? 017.gif

…it’s 45.5 not 47.6…

The cylinder is an aluminium one. But the 80 cc cylinder is from Parmakit and not mounted yet. At the moment an modified 70 cc Polini casted iron cylinder is mounted.
The diameter of the caburator is 19 mm (Dellorto). The crankcase-housing is from Polini. Exhaust system is a modified one from Proma.
The cilinder-head ist also modified from Polini. Crankase itself is also from Polini.
At the moment the motor is one without variateur (from a Peugeot 103 without SP). Topspeed round about 95 km/h (on the flat road and uphill 90 km/h).
I have a little problem with the variateur motor, because the needed exhaust system (with a ball at the cylinder flange) is to excited for the police in germany, that's an absolute no go.

What a nice rig ! I can't understand why you not just have fun with it ?
Try to make less noise and the cop will let you free. With that kind of rig if you want more power just buy a real motor bike, it would be better for your own safety !

do you translate please because i not undersand the texte because my english is very very bad in bad of the bad !!!

thank you a7

Ok, I try to transalte the text the best I can.

Salue Jochen
