Hello guys! Here again for a question, how to prepa my motor?
My motor Is AV10?
My kit is 49,9cm³.
And now, opinions?
Yes it’s an AV10 , if you want to « prepa » your engine you must first tell us what you have (parts) , and what is your budget. It’s better
man thank you for attention but my budget is not a problem, the real problem are parts, in brazil is hard for parts, so need help for make in home.
I’m look for some topics:
Preparation piston, carter, cilinder, clutch.
more one?
If you want to prepa your engine , first you should change the exhaust, crankshaft and the carburetor , if you can’t order you part on the internet, you can make your exhaust, there are tutorial and software on the web , for the carburetor you can find it on another machine.
For the preparation of your engine, you should tell us a little more on what behavior you want for your engine ( torquey or powerful:peaky engine…) , and what use you want to do.
For the prepa of your motor you can increase diagrams (transfer and exhaust), adjust the squish, the chamber volume, align the piston skirts , align crankcase from the cilinder … but it depends what you want to do
You should tell us more…
Sorry for the approximate English
mob for weekend, no need poison, but a good performance. only to improve my 49,9 cc
hi guys more photos:
so my first idea is follow this topic:
http://www.mobcustom.com/3365-preparation-embrayage-variateur-origine-mbk
and for second:
http://www.mobcustom.com/1627-preparer-carters-moteur—peinture
For the fisrt topic , yes you can, but the but the second is useless with your cylinder because it is already aligned to the crankcase, just remove the parts in red circle on the photo:
you can do that too : http://www.mobcustom.com/2508-comment-preparer-ses-clapets
and this : http://forum.mobcustom.com/conseils-astuces-pour-mobylette/cylindre-sm1-preparation-gr1-mbk-%29-origine-!/ (if you want the performance you should touch the cylinder and change the exhaust )
but you must change your crankshaft! It’s not robust p!

the crankshaft is my big problem, very hard here
You can order on french webshop I think but I think the shipping cost will be high
